Julian Henkin is a management strategist with a 25 year career of assisting businesses increase their value and achieve their goals. His leverage is through expertise in marketing efficacy, operational efficiency and loyalty/advocacy-building. Julian Henkin is a pioneer in a new business management sector coined “touchpoint management”, with a focus on increasing client advocacy. Julian’s past corporate posts have included the top executive roles in Marketing, Services, Product Management and CEO-ship. This diversity of experience provides Henkin with an unusual ability to view businesses and improvement strategies in a cross-functional, holistic way. “Complex business challenges rarely have a silver bullet, one-variable solution, as such the approach to big challenges is usually cross-organizational and requires an encompassing view”, said Julian Henkin in a recent interview.

Julian Henkin has consulted to and worked for numerous companies, both large and small, bringing his leadership and insights. Notables include Ask Jeeves (now Ask.com), IntraLinks (an online file and information exchange business), Mach Energy, Silicon Valley Solutions (recently acquired by PNY) and Xerox Corporation. Julian Henkin also has significant international experience having done work for multi-national U.S. businesses, as well as United Kingdom, Italy and France-headquartered companies.

Julian has delivered many topical lectures, including at search, knowledge management and financial services-oriented conferences.

Julian entered his career with an energy and environmental focus. He was awarded a degree from the College of Natural Resources at the University of California, Berkeley. He then worked in conservation functions for the United States Forest Service, the California Water Quality Control Board and the western utility company, Pacific Gas and Electric Co., in an energy conservation group.

Combining his business skills with an environmental bent, Julian Henkin contributes great insights, strategy and operational acumen to the management team.
