In addition to her involvement with Impact Capital, as a member of the team, Xenia heads her own company, Howard-Johnston Consultancy Limited, specialising in property acquisitions for international HNW clients of Private Bankers and Lawyers, predominantly in Central London, but also elsewhere in the UK and Europe.
In addition to her own company, Xenia is a Partner of the Mayfair based reputation management consultancy, Acuity Reputation Management, working alongside veterans Brian Basham and Ross Gow, (www.acuityreputation.com). She is also an Associate of Lansdowne RE, an international property/resort/development consultancy, (www.landsowne-re.com).
Throughout her working life she has been involved in International Business: Fish Broking, Oil Trading, and more recently in 2003 -2006 as Marketing Manager EMEA for eBanking platforms, which led to her involvement in Wealth Management, as Director of Private Clients for Alexander Associates Group, a founding Partner of St. James’s Place Fund Managers, which in turn, brought her into the beginnings of her life in property acquisition. Prior to setting up Howard-Johnston Consultancy Limited, Xenia worked exclusively with SG Hambros Private Bank, for a number of their international private clients’ property requirements.
Educated at Queens Gate School, Knightsbridge, she is tri-lingual, and in her previous married life, as Xenia Folkes, she was Chatelaine of historic Hampton Court, Herefordshire, where her restoration of the Grade 1 listed 15th Century house and gardens achieved national acclaim.
Xenia lives between her home near Ludlow in Shropshire, and London, and has two children aged 23 and 25.
